Start with short periods:

When you first start wearing your FOOTSY, it's important to start with short periods of time, such as an hour or two, to allow your feet to adjust. Gradually increase the amount of time you wear them each day. We recommend to add an hour or two each day of wearing your FOOTSY, until you get a full day with comfort!

Wear them every day:

Consistency is key when wearing your FOOTSY. Wear them every day, even if it's just for a short period of time, to help your feet adjust.

Gradually increase activity:

As your feet adjust to your FOOTSY, you can gradually increase your activity level. Start with low-impact activities such as walking, and then gradually increase to more strenuous activities such as running or playing sports.

Make adjustments as needed:

If you experience any discomfort or pain while wearing your FOOTSY, make adjustments as needed. This could include adjusting the positioning of the orthotics or adding extra padding for comfort.

Be patient:

It can take some time for your feet to fully adjust to your FOOTSY, so be patient and stick with it. Over time, you should begin to feel more comfortable and notice the benefits of the added support and comfort.
