Are the orthotics covered by insurance?
Footsy Custom Orthotics is covered by insurance plans. Please check with your provider if they have specific requirements, and our practitioners will provide you with all the documentation so that you can submit to insurance.
How do I properly fit in my orthotics?
It typically takes a few days to properly break in your orthotics. You should wear your Footsy standing for 1-2 hours on the first day of receiving them. After that, gradually increase by 2 hours of wearing time daily until you wear them the whole day! This will provide the most comfort and allow you to get used to your Footsy.
Are they actually truly custom made for my feet?
Your Footsy will be fully custom built to your feet. We do not use any prefabricated insoles and build each orthotic from scratch from the impression of your feet. This allows us to provide the most comfort and support possible!
Will my Footsy get rid of my foot pain?

How do I reorder a new pair of my FOOTSY?
It is recommended to get a new custom orthotic every 1-2 years. If you want to reorder your Footsy, we keep every impression on file and are able to get the same exact orthotic to you without needing to do a new impression!
How do I put them in my shoes?
Each Footsy is designed to fit seamlessly in any shoe. If you want dress orthotics, please order the dress orthotics. Simply take out the current insole and replace it with your Footsy.
